What are MoreGreen WtE plants? How do they work?
A waste-to-energy plant is a waste management facility that obtains energy from waste. This type of energy plant is sometimes called an energy-from-waste plant, waste recycling plant or waste to fuel plant. MoreGreen plants process wastes to obtain fuels sources mainly by pyrolysis. We believe that this process is part of the circular economy.
MoreGreen Plants places various common municipal solid wastes (used tires, plastic, waste oil, biomass) in a completely sealed reactor, and heats the furnace temperature to 450 ° C-1000 ° C. In a high-temperature anaerobic environment, these waste materials will undergo a pyrolysis reaction. After cooling and filtering, renewable energy such as pyrolysis oil, carbon black, charcoal, and refined oil are finally obtained. Compared with the incinerator, the total amount of exhaust gas and harmful emissions from the WtE plants will be greatly reduced.
According to statistics from the World Bank, the current annual global solid waste (MSW) emissions are up to 2.01 billion tons, and it is expected to reach 3.4 billion tons in 2050. Of these, only 13.5% of the waste was recycled. About 70% of the waste is openly dumped, directly incinerated or landfilled at will. This not only directly harms the environment and human health, but also a huge waste of resources. Of course, this also means that the waste to energy market still has a lot of room for growth.

In the past, I have tried many options, including the use of earthen kiln to treat used tires and waste plastics. Emm, the result is not very good, I wasted a lot of raw materials and my time. I mean, you really should try MoreGreen's WtE facilities, their engineer team answered all my questions and gave me very feasible advice about energy recovery.
