On September 7-9, 2019, the Sixth China-India Strategic Economic Dialogue and the China-India Economic Cooperation Forum jointly organized by the National Development and Reform Commission of China and the National Transitional Council of India were held in New Delhi, India.
He Lifeng, the director of the National Development and Reform Commission of China, and Kumar, the vice-chairman of the National Transitional Council of India, co-chaired the dialogue and attended the forum for a keynote speech.
The forum includes the main forum, working group meetings, China-Indian business exchange meetings, cooperation project signing ceremony, field research and so on. Yuan Qingdan, vice president of China Association of Circular Economy, attended the energy conservation and environmental protection working group meeting, China-Indian business exchanges and project site visits, and shared with the Indian side the policy and practical experience of domestic circular economy development.

As one of the important achievements of this China-India Strategic Economic Dialogue, Yuan Qingdan, Vice President of China Association of Circular Economy, and Ms. Xima Aurora, Deputy Director General of the Federation of Indian Industries, signed the Circular Economy Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement(hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"） during the Forum. Other important guests witnessed the results of this cooperation.

The "Agreement" pointed out that the two sides agreed to establish long-term and stable strategic cooperative relations and promote cooperation between Chinese and Indian enterprises in project development, technology promotion, training and inspection in the fields of industrial recycling economy, agricultural recycling economy, urban resource recycling, and green consumption.
The signing of this agreement has laid a good foundation for future cooperation between China and India in the field of the circular economy. The China Association of Circular Economy will play a role as a platform for the association and strengthen exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and Indian enterprises in the circular economy.
