Several customers in South Africa have two waste tire treatment factories, and they want to equip each of the two treatment factories with a tire pyrolysis plant. Through initial communication with our business people, we learned that they mainly deal with large-scale waste tires (more than 1.5m in diameter), and the daily processing capacity is close to 10 tons, and the processing capacity of waste tires will not increase for a period of time.
Therefore, we recommend that they use the MLJ-10 waste tire pyrolysis equipment and equipped with a tire cutter to cut large tires into small pieces for subsequent processing.
South African Customers Are Watching the Device's Specific Operations
They arrived at MoreGreen on October 15, 2018, and went straight to the production floor after a short break. The customers have already had some understanding of the pyrolysis station, so they asked the engineers some specific operational problems. The engineers gave the customer a demonstration of the operation directly, and the customer was very satisfied with the results.
MLJ-10 Waste Tire Pyrolysis Plants Ordered by Customers
After consideration, the customers finally ordered two MLJ-10 waste tire pyrolysis plants and a tire cutting machine, and communicated the subsequent equipment installation.
